Buying a house or apartment is one of the largest financial commitments you will make in your lifetime. It makes sense to have an experienced surveyor perform a detailed inspection of the property before you commit to purchase, to uncover hidden defects or problems. The survey report can be used to get the vendor to repair any defects prior to sale, or possibly to negotiate a lower selling price.

HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS

- Upon receiving your instructions, we make an appointment to visit the property.
- We thoroughly inspect the property inside and out and from top to bottom, covering all major structural elements of the property , the services, fittings and finishes. We also include any outside areas and structures such as garages, gardens, driveways, etc.
- Note that we only inspect ONE property per day, spending as long as is necessary at the property to ensure we uncover all defects and issues.
- We contact you by phone the same day to give you our initial impressions of the property
- An electronic copy of the survey report will be emailed to you within 48 hours of completing the survey
- A printed and bound copy of the survey report, featuring annotated colour photographs, is sent to you by post, along with a CD containing all of the photographs we took during the survey.
- You are very welcome to contact us by phone to discuss and clarify any issues raised in the survey report.
